Supporting Transition to Independent Living

Supported Leaving

Alie Healthcare Limited is an organization dedicated to helping young people leaving local authority care make a successful transition to independent living and education or employment.

Our core activity is providing supported accommodation for young people leaving care. Approaching 100 young people currently benefit from these services.

We understand that each individual may have different requirements and some may require more assistance than others, they will be assessed individually and a personal support plan will be constructed. From this plan, we will be able to identify each person’s needs.
