Alie Limited is a supported living company which provide suitable accommodation, support and guidance up-to 21. It also looks after children leaving foster and residential care 16-18 years old and homeless young people 16-17 years who became children in need in care with range of presenting needs.

The objectives of the Agency are:

  • To provide a range of accommodation and support to meet the individual needs of each young person.
  • To support individuals to develop and gain necessary skills to live independently in the community.
  • To encourage young people on education, employment, and good health
  • To support and supply clients with high quality staff.
  • To work with our clients to ensure our business methods tailor to meet their needs

  • We take comments, both negative and positive, seriously, and use them to tailor our business to meet your criteria of a collaborative partnership.
  • All complaints will be thoroughly investigated with transparency and fairness.
  • All written complaints will have a written response and follow up call within seven days until the investigation is complete and a satisfactory outcome is attained.
  • You will be sent a report of the outcome of all investigations, outlining the necessary step put in place to prevent a similar situation from arising and necessary step take to ensure that we move forward.
  • We will try to adapt and adjust our business to suit and accommodate your needs and requirements. However, in the event that this is unachievable, we will inform you with an explanation.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
